House of easi fill

i went to look at a job the other day...a whole house to be skimmed.

Problem I have is that the house was boarded out then easi filled all over by some polish guys.

I'm just wondering what to expect if I multifinish over this stuff?

Bubbling, shrinking, cracking? Will it pull in like mad? Will Pva do its job....etc etc.

Get blue grit rolled on it,I wudnt pva over loads of easi fill it will shoot off thus resulting in cracking etc..got to luv the polish serves the client rite For going with them in 1st place

I have pva over easy loads of times,no issues.issue if it's air set stuff yes it will re activate it.slightly like artex .but as kitchy said if u can't Id it grit it

Tbf ive never re skimmed over that much easi fill I mean Is It everywhere full ceilings and walls like there have skimmed in easi or have there just tried patching up with easi fill?

I cnt c it being done head to toe in easi fill lol..its fooking about £11 a bag and ud get about 1m2 out of it wud cost the earth in materials..even the polskis arnt that daft surely!!

I've decided not to do the job as she's on a tight budget and she wants everything sheeting up. It won't pay.

I think blu grit wouldn't have been the way.
