looking at a 2 bedroomed terraced house at a place called addiscombe croydon, anybody know this area,
priced at 350,000, looks okay work to do but the price, what kind of an area is croydon, is this price the average, who is the local football team west ham/ brentfordorient, need help on this one

Not far from me hector, addiscombe not fantastic, Croydon is a shithole but it’s all being regenerated and prices are rising.

My mum lives in Pimlico and that’s the same . most of its posh as fook then there’s some proper dodgy areas that u wouldn’t fancy walking at night
