ok, so ive bought 6 bags of k rend dash receiver, and 6 bags of jura stones. The trims are all fixed and scratch coated the wall ready for top coat. My question is about timings. Should I mix 1 bag at a time, lay the render on, mix another bag, then dash the first bags worth of stuff and lay the second on etc?? What do yous think?

I am only doing the 1 wall, its just coz im not lightening fast with render so I would be doing it in prob 4-6 sections. Was unsure if its ok to mix a big batch up in the mixer or just go for 1 bag, lay it on, dash it, then mix another etc

Mix enough for one wall.

The reason for saying I'm only doing the one wall is I have 6 bags of render, I don't know if it could be right to mix up them all at once, or to do them 1 at a time as I don't want the render to go off.

That's the wall 99 % complete, I ran out of k rend, 1/4 of a bag would finish it, does anyone know of a supplier open on a Sunday in the Glasgow area? If bit Rowebb it is on monday

Very happy, I'll upload a picture in a min, go easy on me guys, I'm a sparky to trade, it ain't perfect, but it's miles better than before! Will it be on the wall in a few years?? Now that s the question! :RpS_biggrin:
