How long does plaster dry up?

Had people coming in to treat rising damp. Removed the old plaster and injected it with some damp proofing material. They fixed the outside and replaced the vents.

Its been 6 days. Is this normal? They told us to observe for 1 more week.

does this need redoing?? I’m terribly worried since we pain quite a lot of money for it

Is there something we can do at this point?
take it all off,
sue so called plasterer small claims court,
get a proper plasterer in,
start again,
get job done right
calm down /relax/have a bottle of wine, followed by a large malt whiskey,
where are you based at escb
