Hi guys,

struggling to finish a wall in my living room ..it's 16ft long by 8ft high with a door towards end of the wall.

Just not quick enough to get a decent finish for painting i am too slow ..wall is pretty flat after i skimmed it and i tried to do it again to get a better finish but was not happy so i scraped this coat back off before it dried out.

I have to admit defeat ,so how much would you charge for this one wall bear in mind i have all the materials just need someone who can lay it on for me ..like i say walls are not flaky or owt like that ..just need to get this one wall done so i can lay my new flooring have to take my hat off to you guys that do this for a living .

Cheers

Where are you buddy.....wouldn't like to offer any advice on what you may end up paying without seeing it as there are far more variables than what you've disclosed which need to be considered, location being just one....top floor of block of flats .....etc.....

important thing is to get the job done right......it's a feature in your living room....don't be tempted with just price....., if you come across as you're only interested in getting the cheapest quote you'll put the decent guys off and attract the cowboys....

good luck and get some local tradesmen in to have a look
