As the title goes.
Maybe somebody else can take the flak for spreading to much or not enough:RpS_lol:

No idea of metre squared, normally two of us bang on three full buckets, then flatten with one, two hits in winter ,three in summer, throw in some patching ,repairs etc, so about 8 bags a day of multi, but we do refurbs, not much new or site work.. Inclined to put it on heavy I must admit

ok, i put on as much as the hit i'm doing takes, and i get as much out of a bag as it will do, there happy ?

All dependent on the back ground. Overskim artex will eat the gear up faster than perfect board work.

All that matters is the quality of the finished job.

I use on average 8 bags a day, sometimes 10 or even 12 and on quieter days maybe only 5 or 6.

but I buy really cheap tea bags! :RpS_thumbsup:

Hard to gauge cos i use the trowel float trowel method over artex...................................:RpS_unsure:

Just thought i would add another dimension to this thread......................:RpS_thumbup:

are we talking multi finish or mp?

How you get on with it? Can't believe you bagged some betta and grudimental. Was most put out when I only nabbed some bags of Plano

To change arti's bit more if i was doing it on artex i would give it a bonding coat then a skim coat ...... If its heavy artex in anyways .... Dirty water and it will set quickly , speed skim is handy on these jobs like just to change the thread abit more aswell :RpS_laugh:

so how much do you get for spreading a bag of multi that's the question we should be asking ourselves.

Some of you are way to easy to fix up:RpS_laugh: how much can you put on and how far can you make a bag go! come on, please:RpS_lol::RpS_lol:

Ive gone through a lot more bags than usual but I think its that time of year, It depends on what your used to and your wastage, like I said Ive gone through a lot more this week than normal..

...But then I do buy really cheap bin liners!

For domestics I find there's too much prep to get loads of bags on. Job we were on today we were prepping from 8.30am and it was 1pm until we were skimming. Seems like every other job is like this for us!

Think on average (different backgrounds) 8 - 9m2 per bag and I do on average 6 - 8 bags a day (haribos) and a bag of multi if I'm lucky :RpS_thumbup:
