Thats how they render in Spain , i seen a load of ones doing it , was amazed at the time , took forever but looked grand when it was finished!
Your man is one of the twenty bag heroes ones i watched doing it had wee pointing trowels and didnt seem in much of a hurry

There is undoubtably some nice works here and good craftsman but a hell of a lot of sloppy could nt give a fuk.
The good guys tend to work for companys that do whole build and top end and they look after them.
Then there is the throw em up quick and go bust and set up again in another name crew where not only is the work poor also dangerous as nobody appears to have a clue.seen enough here to write a book

i think he's mixed up whith rendering and roughcast
