All my work is in the Big Smoke, alot of refurbs and extensions, not much new builds. Most lads I know are quite busy as well so hope it continues. Only thing now is is hopefully the day rate goes up a few bob soon.

Yes seems to be a bit of a buzz on , especially refurbishment / renovation in certain areas of the city .
Hopefully prices may rise , but still very competitive , I find
