I cant plaster anymore!

Genuinley...I've lost the knack...I need to go back to old school basics and start back at beginning with 2 proper coats from separate mixes.

I just cant ever be arsed to mix up again so blast it 1 coat on board at best same mix laid back in and either I've become shite or I just cant make it work anymore.

Just cant face adding extra couple of hours to each day with fresh mixes.

Think I need to pack tools up and become a lolly pop man!

I think you're mistaken mate, you probably weren't any good before. Lockdown has just given you the time to realise.

I just blame gear . My prob is I dont concentrate enough . If I get my head on I can finish it easier .
 
Just going through the motions will be alright when this virus b*ll***s is over and things are normal again
 
It’s a plasterers mid career crisis seen it before mate , next you’ll be saying you’re packiing it all in to do something totally different as you don’t have the love anymore for it but then in a few months will be back at it realising you got at least another 25 years to go at it.
 
What sort of financial situation are you in? Can you do a couple days less a week? Are you domestic or site/builders? It just sounds like your losing your mojo for it,take a step back and look at your situation.not worth being miserable 5 days a week

Temporary, you'll be back on top, I'm 35 years in and that's nothing on here, it's love hate with this game. You wouldn't have what you've got without being good in this game. Just got to keep going, you'd make a s**t lollipop man.

What you're saying is you can't be arsed to do the job right in a way you'll know gets better result. Stop cutting corners and man up
 
I’m enjoying my mediflex, made me look like a dickhead first few days but think I’ve cracked it now! Makes things go faster

That was until I threw plasticiser in my pva by accident today. Might be here til midnight now lol
