I.d be more then happy

We also plan shopping .proper old school style. We.ll cook fresh twice a week like a stew or spagbol. Do loads so we get bout six dinners. Have it one night. Cook summet night after. Then have what we cooked first night next night and so on freeze some so week after we just defrost and warm up what we cooked before. Saves pennies and great when you got a nice meal all week that you just have to warm up

We do something similar... Jane plans dinners and from there she can plan shopping. We only buy what we need. We cook big bowls of curry or chilli and lasagna in take away boxes and what not then freeze them off and then use them as and when eat them.. got quite a mixture but it saves a fortune and no waste.

I know people who do opposite and call at supermarket every other day and spend a fortune. Then order a takeaway at weekend and wonder why their skint all time

One of my highlights of week is going Aldi . Always summet in middle I need , Toolboxes wd40 biking clothes lol

Myself and the missus go shopping in Aldi stock up on nice and cheep drink saves a fortune..
We treat ourselves on a Sunday when we take the kids out for lunch down the local..
Always nice to get out with the family ;)

We didn' like it at first as it was like. Some chicken bit of veg and a set of spanners lol but got our heads round it now. Was in yesterday though and there was two scatters in looking at bacon the conversation went

Woman . They wouldn' sell it if it was bad for you. Anyway if we get ill we can sue em for loads of money.

Iv been on salads for work for a few weeks, be a a bit hungrier than normal though. Must be lack of carbs
 
I love little jobs where it just a wall or a little bathroom ceiling, don't do as many as I'd like...turn up 8.30 use a half time or two and driving down the road by 10.30

I used to train 5 days a week in my younger days I tried all the bull s**t diets out there and it made me pig sick;)
Plasterers def need a good amount of carbs ;)
Ano but iv put on a bit last couple months so trying to eat into the fat store a bit.It hasnt done much yet lol
 
I have my carbs in morning . Salad n fruit at work . Then healhy tea . If I.m doing any training I.ll have a rice cake or summet
 
There's no point to it! All the carbs and veg you can eat is fine just no oil, butter, mayo type sauces etc. I did slimming world last year and ate what I wanted, how much I wanted, when I wanted and lost a stone!
Thought mayo was ok as its fat and easy to burn of where salad cream is bad
 
Caveman diet, no carbs, meat and fruit and veg. I did it for 2weeks and lost a half half stone before my wedding last year Lol
 
I got put on a diet at gym and he said its all bout timing telling your body foods gonna be coming so it dont store it and eating right things. I did what he said n weight fell of me .
