He is on his own.
He charges 125 a day every day no matter who he works for. I give him 50+ days a year to fill his diary and pay him exactly what he asks to be paid
But if he's a good spread and helps keep your diary running smooth, surely you could bung him an extra £10 a day, I know what your saying by paying him what he wants but look after good reliable spreads, there's very very few round my area, be nice to be able palm a few jobs of and nor have to worry about them.
