errrrrr.... i was on the condem hitlist...
had a nice thing going with connaughts, bond out 3m, skim 38m, book 38m float and set....

then condem decided they were gonna 'cut council spending', and as a direct result...
connaughts 'social housing partnership division' went under...
leaving me in the sh't...
 
Sorry guys have come in late!!
Have I got this right.
I go do a job and end up with say a bag of left over gear which I take to the tip and pay to dispose of I'm sposed to have a licence to take it from the job to the tip?

But if I leave it for the customer to get rid of I need to get copies of the skip receipts from them?

What if they take it to their local tip?

If I've got that right it's fcuking stupid!

Its a government idea....................of course its f*ckin stupid
 
I once heard that it's the customers responsibility how waste produced from building work on their home is disposed of :-\

Because we could all say to them yes we'll take the rubbish away,
and then fly tip it,
& if it's traced back to the customer they get fined etc..
???

I read a story in the paper about a woman it happened to & she got fined :o

Surely this is only for smaller jobs :-\
As bigger jobs there will be a skip on the job!
 
right thats what these documents the fella gave me are for it gives a few options for the customer to sign and one of them is for there sole responsiblity to take care of the trade waste in the correct manner
ill find it and post it
