Apologies if this is in the wrong thread this is my first post.

I was just wondering if anyone could give any info on what the current sq/m price is on site for tacking/dabbing/skimming

And also the process of what I’d need do to work on site as all I’ve ever done is domestic work. I know a cscs is needed but what else

The first item that you will need is an unique tax number. You need this to be able to be paid.

You need hard hat, hi vis, land yard, steel toe riggers, spare of everything cos it all gets nicked, thick skin, battery powered everything pat tested, chains for your van tyres to get through the mud, no nicker drawers, but you only need to do one coat so that bit helps
stay on domestics

And be prepared to be ripped off on a regular basis because 90% of outfits are wankers

Haven’t worked on site for about 13 years but the rates in the midlands then were between £2.50-£3 the best rate I ever got was £3.50 I don’t know whether they have increased I doubt it though
