Insulated board

Hi everyone,

I want to stick some insulated plaster boards to a ceiling of a tower block. What are the best methods to fix?

Substrate is bare concrete, 60 years old.

Do I have to glue them on and then fix them with knock ins? If so what are the best type of knock ins bearing in mind I don't want them to rust later on?
