Just checking all my stuff for job , on skim set up r/s the bottom is loose but can’t seem to tighten it any more is anything missing off it ?

Your penatrating flange nut is missing its plonker,just a guess I’m no expert on these things.you don’t want your nuts to tight while you are at work

No not a thing missing just put tape on it and screw it back on

Are they normally quite easy to turn by hand ? I remembered today when I took this to bits last year there was loads of ptfe tap around the bottom from previous owner
