You float it on same as hardwall , let it pick up, sponge etc ,trowel finish, finishes a bit like knauf,no need for skim coat as its a one coat product.

Yea I've done bits and pieces like you say ,but I thought you meant you can use it to float and set 2no coat work,misunderstood you,
