@stuart23 i.m f**k**g starving. Wifes got me on diet. Crustless quiche n salad for tea. Asked lad if he had any cash on him on way home as i wanted to get some crisps before I got home lol. To be fair i enjoyed it

I’m cutting down as well, been back at gym now for 8 weeks. Eating chicken during day then steak and veg at night.

Just started in gym again . Just need to get a few weeks of eating well under belt

It’s not tho is it. Nando’s don’t offer you goblets but Miller and carter offer rump and sirloin.
Even have fillet for the ladies lol

Nandoes do liver which is actually nice.

Everyone knows fillet is for high rollers, sirloin n rump for peasants.

Ye know what i like fillet as i can cook it longer and its still tender. I.ve never tried t bone though.

Cheaper the cut the longer it needs to be slow cooked imo

U tight c**ts should try flat iron steak at least u can pretend its fillet
Eh I always get fillet if I.m frying . But braising steaks nice in a stew with dumplings hmmnmmm I miss dumplings
