The machines really don't like this s**t you never know how it's going to spray after you've turned it off for any amount of time it seems to absorb moisture up the mixing chamber
I've use machine for years and have never really gotten on with it anyone know a way around it cheers

As you know I.m the man to ask as I.ve never used a machine . But can't you wet it back up before spraying again. Seems to work with paddle
No the machine mixes it and sends it through the mortar hose to the spray gun which sprays it on the wall
Once the water is set on startup the gear should be consistent all day unless the rotor and stator has gone which mine hasn't
The consistency of the gear is determined on setup and should stay that way

Agree mate I had a disaster with it but upped the water another 100 and it came out ok , having said that I never used it again because I felt it rubbed up absolutely crap too

Vincey after the first half hour it ranges from really stodgy to like piss to how you want it but by the time you get ot how you want it again you need to turn back and get the mesh in so from there it's back to square 1

Best thing to do is mix it yourself then spray it pretty mixed. Same with k rend

Agree with complete just try hand applying it mate see how that goes ,probably be a better day for you

Using parex maite at present on a large scale project , we don't spray it, too messy and loads of windows, we have a PFT lotus xs mixer, every man goes to mixer fills tub to his needs when he wants then lugs it up scaffold himself when required, seems to work for us. Exterior skimming really.

Hi buddy yeah I've used it that stuff goes through the machine just fine never had a problem with it

Nah sod hand applying.
With the ritmo I can disconnect the water and just spray wet gear. Didn't realise you were using a g4
Yeah I've just bought one too but I can't get while Wednesday and the job will be done by then
Either way it's s**t gear nothing but a mess about

It's just x32 same stuff quality base coat sprays a dream water setting on ritmo with new r&s 310, sprays all day consistent, the comment on rubbing it up why would you want to rub it up it's base coat,
you wouldn't want to be knocking it up and chucking it in the machine is polymer base coat it will come out twice as wet as when you put it in and you need someone constantly mixing and pouring.
It's the same powder you're pouring in how can it come out at different consistencies if it's sprays ok for half an hour then doesn't half an hour later how can that be the render it can only be the machine.

It's one of the worst products to put through a machine I use the G4 nearly everyday and don't have any problems with anything else the machine is not at fault it is setup correctly and doesn't change anything while working
It's the gear it's not very compatible with the machine
