Why would you want fury to have all the belts? He’s a boring fighter, I’d sooner somebody with knockout power like wilder or whyte. Look what mayweather did when he got them. He had I'm in round 3 he was lucky the ref gave him the benefit of the doubt as it was at end of round! And when he got him at the end of the 6th Joshua didn't want anymore he was looking at his corner

Looks like Eddie hearns hype job got schooled last night, just watched it on YouTube, aj wants to sit down with his ego now and stop pratting about on tv all the time. Stop pumping iron and learn how to deal with a guy that throws more than one punch at a time. His chin has been suspicious since the whyte British title fight. What the hell happened at the end he walked off from the count to speak to McCracken? His body language was totally wrong? Good call from the ref? I think so. He looked totally dazed and unpresent to me. His confidence will take a massive hit now I wonder how he’ll bounce back. Will he do a David price and crumble or will he learn and adapt his style and approach. Hearns partly to blame making him think he’s the best thing since Mohammed Ali.

He asked him to step forward. He did it. Then he said are you ok? He didn't look too sure and looked at his corner, then I think he asked him to walk forward again and then he either chose not to - or couldn't understand the ref - he was proper dazed.
All in all a classic case of silk pyjamas as the old quote goes......
Or satin or whatever it was.

Last question as a novice boxing fan ,watch the whole fight again tonight does anyone think he actually planned to lose the fight as another edge to this heavyweight story ,I watch his early fights like the ones before any world titles just never comes out the same as those fight especially in first few rounds, the early fights seemed to be like a killer Tyson instinct about him but a fair few of the latest just aren’t same

The better your stock the more you protect it.
AJ was decent stock. Undefeated. Fighting maninly nobodies or has beens. Cleverly adding names like vlad to his list, even tho vlad was like 80. Pretty sure he was paid to make sure aj won as he stepped off gas when floored him. But that’s another story.
The wins keep coming. Stock value goes up. Higher the value the more you can charge for guest appearances and commercials. And aj is everywhere.
He lost because he’s s**t.

He doesn’t recover well after taking a dig, none of the punches he took should be putting him down. First knockdown caught him in the temple, was smiling when he got up but was clearly hurt. He thought it would be a walk in the park. More the fool him writing off an unbeaten Mexican.
Frank Bruno syndrome. Carefully matched with few learning/testing fights. They have it all there own way and when they have to fight out of their comfort zone they get found out. To be honest I thought he swallowed it.
