Most builders we work for supply it, used hundreds of rolls. It's not great. The 2inch is usually OK, but the 4inch cam be a c**t.

Tip is to keep it warm or heat it up before hand

Right enough does that work? Although hard to keep it warm on a cold site.... Usually board to board joints it sticks but board to mortar, nope.lol

Usually just rest it in the back of a light and let it warm up gets the glue going

Weird as everything I use it and a few others it just won't stick always falls off board as well

I had to use that euro scrim other day on a joint that had some bonding floor to ceiling
Could I f**k get the f**k*r to stick
I ended up stapling the scrim to the bonding!

What's even worse is when you put it on ceiling half cover it with skim from a trowel and it all f**k**g falls off on your head

We call it tapeling when you have to staple the sh1t tape

I got sent some duct tape as I use it around windows etc it is that bloody sticky you can't get the stuff off!!

That's what I usually use. Is it not mamouth taoe froom toolstation i can't remember. But they put price up and I got some other stuff.
They should have called it super glue tape!
Once it's on its on ain't coming off in 1 piece

The orange scrim they sell in bnscrew at £6 is in selco for £3.50 a roll they do the blue and green aswell best tape out

Yeah when I got a few boxes of the orange I paid £2 odd including the vat with free delivery

Tradepoint do the gyproc one that is extra sticky and orange but is overpriced.
The one in the link that is blue works out a lot cheaper. Should be about same quality as well. Will order a couple of boxes next week.

Since I started using it I never used anything else , the green one was good too but the new mesh supreme one I was well peed off with , loved the new meshing pattern on it but it frayed big time

Both sides.
Stanley blade, 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock on the side. No more probs even on the cheapest rolls.

Free delivery is over £40 and can take up to 5 days but for that price you can't grumble.

They've actually sent Simpson beads this time but to me the Simpson ones are better than expamet certainly no worse.
