K-Rend on garden wall + rear extension in Walthamstow, North east London

I need my front garden wall, rear ground floor extension and the front of our porch rendered. Photos are attached showing each of these. The front wall will need grey K-rend, the porch & rear wall will need white K-rend.

We have most of the materials already (the K-rend and the corner beading) so would be best if the quote just covers labour.

Excluding the area of the door and windows, there is 12m2 to be covered on the rear wall. On the front wall there is around 14.5m2 to be rendered. We'll be putting some capping stones on top of the front garden wall, so the rendering will just be on the sides.

what is used on the porch? looks like plasterboard

Hi Danny, thanks for getting back to me. We replaced the front door so the porch has got exterior cement board on the front. The porch has pebbledash on the sides. I guess the porch should actually be done with pebbbledash (so it blends in with the rest of the house facade) rather than with K-rend. Some more photos of the porch attached.
