Hello plasterers couple of k rend questions

How long does standard uf base need to dry before applying primer ready for Tc 15?

I have a small k rend k1 job 25 Sqm would just like to spray and scrape in a day ids there any alternatives to the k rend accelerator I.e wickes??

Spray on first thing. Go to another job and come back around 3 pal

Hello mate never got your number k1 still ok spray n scrape same day not done much monocouche recently so out of sync with timings tbh

Spec for most thin coats is to allow base coat to cure for 2 weeks before priming.

You risk peeling otherwise.

I spoke to k rend today reckon 24-48 hours until priming seems quick to me

For their scratch renders maybe, not the thin coats, base needs to fully cure. 2 weeks they reckon.

Very few wait the full 2 weeks though.

I usually give ocr 1 week to dry in summer. For what moisture is stillin wouldn't the primer and top coat let it breath out?
