K-rend "White" vs Webber "Chalk White" - which is "whiter"?

Hello,

Would really appreciate some advice from the experts on which scratch render finish is whiter, K-rends "White" or Webbers "Chalk White". I know that both are not a brilliant white but we would like to go with the whiter of the two and I seem to be reading conflicting views.

At most merchants there are boards you could go look at the samples to decide or has any of your quotes not shown you a sample board ?

Thank you for everyone's feedback to date.

I think our options at this stage are either K-rends "White" or Webbers "Chalk White".

Would be great if there is anyone on this forum who has seen these both these colours in situ on a building and can confirm which is whiter.

I would say Parex mono blanco or Vimark’s white or Fassa. But Weber Chalk is not too bad. Easier to get hold off and use. Parex can be a pain if you haven’t used it.

Nothing in it mate.

If you did two houses next to each other you'd be there a while picking which is whiter.

Why don't you just ask or choose the better product, which for me - would be weber chalk.

Vimark is the whitest out there, if it’s an option(y)
Haven’t used krend for ages and much prefer parex to weber.

I agree Vimark's is the whitest I've used aswell.

Krend has improved loads mate. Their K1 is now miles better than anything they've done before, nice to both spray and hand apply.

Still I won’t fancy giving it a go. Prefer lime based and rich renders. Vimark is actually unbelievable white, almost artificial, non existing. Looks like they have some marble in.
 
I think Alex said it did have marble and limestone in it.

Love the product, bit too slow on the set though, also sourcing it can be agg.

All the jobs I've done with it have been flawless.

Not a mark or bullet hole or anything.

Marble, silicon, cement. You look for lime you go parex;)
