KRend still clogging machine up!

Has anyone used E grade recently? I used it on a job this week and it kept jamming the gun shut and stalling the machine whenever it was left for more than a minute or two. Had tot keep reversing the worm into the hopper and taking the gun off to jet wash it.
I was under the impression that E grade was designed to spray because Ft wasn't suitable, well it seems they haven't finished the job to me.
Anyone else noticed this?
I threw a gun away a couple of months ago because it kept jamming and when I think back that was the last time I used E grade. Probably nothing wrong with the gun!

Having sprayed a lot of this but try to use the K1 where I can I would suggest that you haven't got the material figured out.

I remember this problem being talked about on the old Lord and Downing Forum. Think it was certain rotar and Stators that couldn't handle it.

The D 4-2 managed it, link here,

It was a new r/s about 3 weeks ago and pumps weber like a dream. Gun was blocking up too. Every time we paused for more than a minute we had to take the gun off and jetwash it, reverse the r/s and then it was OK again.

How long is the material in the hopper?is your labourer mixing to far ahead ?sounds to me like the material is cooking in the hopper which does happen in diesels or your mixing it to thick.

Hi mate
Used to have a sp11 when pumping e grade u need to tighten up your stator real tight ,think of it as if you r pumping weber M1 you have to pump hard and fast mate it's the only way
