Just hold a stretch for a long time. Your wrist has tightened up from overuse. Warm it up with a light weight exercise and stretch it before and after work. It can only stretch two ways so do both.

It was an old conversion tongue and groove city, never destroyed a room so much in one day, it looked like a room when I got there but looked like an old loft again when I leftooooooh loft conversions. Not good for the wrists, back, knees or shoulders
