Third Enquiry this week, where The lime plaster has de-bonded from the lath, has to be a record, normally we may get one a Month.
Pricing to Patch what has fell and consolidate remaining area rather than remove and replace.

Will you use haired lime then lime skim?

Yes I think so too , listed building plus insurance are covering the cost,
I think the client didn't like the inconvenience, but once we told her she would have access to her dressing room she was happy

shouldnt be a major problem with an occupied property a bit warmer and dryer! and she access to her dressing room what more does she want!!!
