I mean sheets, who got what? from where? cotton twill I see every where have to be doubled up if you like to flick water and crap about , those ones with the plastic underneath stink after a while, delux do some heavy duty but they still ain't proper good , anyone got any good ones ?
Proper heavy duty I want.

I use lightweight tarps. B and M were doing some dead cheap a while back so I bought a dozen or so. I use the sticky shite for hall and stairs to and from where I'm working.

Thick black visqueen (dpm).....got some cut for usual room sizes, but can take some off the roll when needed. I put twill dustsheets on top in some areas, and use the sticky stuff on stairs etc. Btw the £ shop do 6x4 tarps for , guess what a £ ! I use them in my mixing areas, inside or out. Cheap as chips.

I had the roll stick down found to hard to put down on my own just want some heavy duty that I can throw down and crack on these cotton twill things I have to take in around 10 of them in the blumming house before even started to do owt, have you got the eBay link @malc ?

Roll stroll then dustsheets or antinox or correx whichever you want to call it as long as it's not on carpet as it tends to float on top of carpet.

Roll and stroll on stairs and antinox everywhere else.

I get it for £2 per 8x4 sheet bloody brilliant stuff. 100% recommended on jobs that you got a couple of days on

You can see me using it here to spray paint a roll cage

8m x 5m tarps from wicked around a tenner...

Lay down staple around skirting boards then throw away after each job...

f**k carrying loads of dirty sheets from job to jib for the sake of a tenner!

Used to have cotton sheets that my mate got from somewhere for as long as I can remember but can't get um off him anymore they were proper heavy and could flick water off splash brush all over them and they would just soak it up tbh I think they must of been the ones Malc was on about (canvas) only just realised they hard to get now as all places I looked like merchants etc now only stock the cotton twill crap, a bit like builder buckets they both used to last ages where as now they designed to be crap and make us go back to buy more, tried the tarps before , don't like them to slippy.

Tbh thinking I might go down market stores in Nottingham and have it out with the curtain sellers to do a deal, f**k it

You sound like someone off from made in Chelsea, touching the material lol

Tarps from wickes, new one for each job, taped at sides then chucked. Double up on stair sheets with rods for stairs.

Might just be me but when I'm cleaning off trowel or gonna flick a bit to an edge , got a habit of like flicking water off the splash brush on floor so I got right amount on brush, so these sheets have to be the right ones

King size duvet covers are brill - double sided and you can connect them with the poppers. When they get cacked in s**t, throw them in the people's washing machine at the domestic your working on....saves clogging up your own washing machine

Pickfords, that the answer mate - I moved a few years back and Pickfords left a load of their blankets....I've used them for years and they are bulletproof. Find a removal van and they always have them piled at the back of the truck...chor a few away and if they happen to be wrapped around an antique happy days
