Perhaps its like a foot in the door type of advertising ..... a bit like double glazing you know the one you buy one you get one free !!! £60 a room is will all know can not be done but his phone will ring and he will be pricing jobs so it could suddenly go from £60 - £260 a room or what ever .Things must be getting tight everywhere so it might well be clever sort of advertising who knows
