hi all

i have bought a house and want 2 rooms skimmed

i took off wallpaper and plaster, bonding seems intact so needs a skim

i will take off all radiators , skirting, door frames, floor, sockets etc, i will just leave wire for where i want the sockets and stuff put in

i will take the ceiling out as it is sagging, it is plasterboard

who can do this for me

how much am i looking at for the following

2 rooms
13ft by 13ft max
need all walls, both rooms have a large window
new boards on ceiling and skimmed
covings

can do but i want to find a good local plaster and happy for them to come over, looking for ball park figures

also is it worth me doing the prep work or will it provide no savings

An email will be the best option, then its private between you and the sender,

You will save if you do the prep work to a good standard ie all wallpaper stripped even the littlest bit, you will want to get a spark to first fix the electrics before a plasterer comes in.. Hope you get sorted
