if you were minted would you give your money to a builder if you know he needs the money? i wouldnt but this guy i was on the phone to earlier took me down from 800 to 750 to 725 and he wanted it at 720 i just said i already come down to 725 i cant go any lower....... im refusing now the price is the price either they pay it or not i dont want these jobs where they haggle but eh you learn from your mistakes
