I get spot's on the back of my hands like that although not that bad i also know people who get them that have never done manual labour all their working lives (office workers). Mine usually become more noticeable in summer during hot spells. I spoke to the doc abut them a few years ago and he said they were nowt to be too concerned about in my instance.
