There good mate been using one for a year, I screwed a bracket to mine about. 1/3 of the way up the handle so it hooks on the edge of the gauging tub. Stops if from sinking to the bottom of your tub and getting covered in shite.

If your inventive enough you could always make your own, I saw a lad on site using what looked like a saucepan or a wok cut in half and screwed to some round steel conduit, I suspect he may of been northern though which could of explained a few things lol.

I scoop outta gorilla tub, used to use spotboard all the time, but its quicker scooping out i reckon... rendering use board tho...

Its hands down quicker using a spot. But not always the room on domestic
