How does it manage to run of one transformers? Our little ritmo can't even do that?

In fact it's not even running of any transformer at the moment only the Genny. Amps are peaking to high and the ritmo is shutting down!

I must admit the m200 does look nice :)

It's a thing of beauty mate. It can through a lot of hard work from M-tec and Andy Hill (Dad)

Also, the reason our M200 can is due to the years of 'experience' we have as a company with machines

I had to get a 5kva continuous transformer when I had the Eze 24. We kept it so we can run 3 breakers of it as our old one kept overheating.

It weighs 49kg! I wont pick it up because of my back problems. I have to arrange for someone to come round to mine to gt it out of the store and then same after work.

No wonder my back is shot. Any remember when all bags of cement, sand and plaster was in 50kg bags.

The normal 3kva have always been a ball ache. A bigger one is like an albatross. 1 extra journey to an from the van with a big stupid thing crashing against your legs. Eve worse if u got a few steps to climb aswell.

Yeah I remember being 16 and knocking up for 3 good spreads it was a mission lifting them 50 kg bags to the mixer but you had no problems getting your shovel in it, when the smaller bags come out we moaned like he'll because we would carry two at a time. What fools we was!

Mixer? My mixer was a No 2 size shovel and a tin bath. Thistle finish was mixed with a piece of 2x1 pse.

Was hoping for something a bit more informative then that.

We will be in the market for a new machine soon and this looks good but need to know it will cope day in day out on a tranny.

I suppose only time will tell with new machines Steve
The one video we have seen looks good but it's a 1 minute clip spray wet
I reckon you have enough experience with machines to judge
I've never had my machine trip when using a genie tbh.
That's the L

It will cope being run daily from a Transformer no worries. We have guys who have been spraying renders daily really pushing the machine with no issues.
I can't give the exact reason as to why it can do it, thats our secret for the machine - competitors can't currently do it...

Got rendering team and internal airless teams. Render has been going bananas so thinking a new machine may be on the cards.

Air flow in litres per minute not the pressure of the air. It's all about air displacement

We know what it's about mate. We like to keep certain things to ourselves. Not into giving competition answers for what we worked for...

It works and is correct for our machine

Cool.... just wanted to know, the ritmo powercoats is IMHO not strong enough at 80ltr per mins. Just trying find out some of the spec to see if it fits our needs not the "magic secret"

Your more than welcome to come and have a go mate. Will show you everything you need

Ok so I have to drive 150 miles down to you to see if the air compressor has enough air flow to spray finish and premix properly with out the need for a external compressor. Im hoping the air flow is enough to mean we don't have to lug a extra compressor with us as well as 2 transformers.

It's a standard spec for a compressor really don't understand the problem

It's sufficient for spraying thin coat, render and plaster. We have tested it and worked hard to ensure we have the right thing.

No need for an extra air compressor or transformer.

As you have mentioned, it's currently not right on your Ritmo, we therefore don't want to give the answers to our competitors.

I thought i read it was a separate compressor you sell with the m200.

Thats definitely a bit easier to carry round if its all in one. Especially if you got a built in water pump in there aswell.

I thought it was the machine with built in water pump, seperate compressor, tranny then the pipes and stuff.

So its just the m200 and the transformer and a 5 kva transvestite runs the lot. ?

Tidy
