Obviously there is still a time limit with hardwall. With renders we use this technique often if we fancy a coffee and a fag.

His price would you recommend the eze for new houses with hardwall? I like the idea of how simple it is to use but seen a video on YouTube and it looks really slow or is that misleadingWith the eze24 which does only convey you can always keep hardwall moving in the pipe. If you have to stop and rule for example you simply place the gun in hopper, turn the speed right down and leave the gun open that way the material is always moving and your not losing any material. Simple.
if its simple you need stay as you are. Machine plastering is an opportunity to decrease costs and increase profits.
A conveying pump wont earn you money doing hardwall.
Ok so going back you worked as 2 plasterers if i rememberI disagree.
You will spray more on cos it's easier and your not shagged.
It will take a damn good labourer who can spend all morning knocking up Hardwall nice and creamy as fast as a conveying machine can spray it onto a wall? He will be well shagged by lunchtime.

How come the PFT Swing isnt marketed as a contender to the Eze24?
Price perhaps?
Would like to see the mtech 100 spray hardwall, tried looking for videos and can't find any?
I myself mix 3/4 bags at a time takes no time, fill hopper, rule, fill hopper, rule, mix, rule all at a nice pace. Much less f**k*d than spreading by hand.It will take a damn good labourer who can spend all morning knocking up Hardwall nice and creamy as fast as a conveying machine can spray it onto a wall? Yes it's more as I don't give up so easily can't say how much more as it's job dependant.Ok so going back you worked as 2 plasterers if i remember
Have you actually layed on more hardwall in a session than the 2 of you would have done without a machine. How much more
The mtech 100 has a 3kw motor, what with other things
Iike the water pump and a compressor that would be quite a drain on a leccy cable?
The M100 has a 1.8Kw motor. The machine and air comp run off separate leads into the transformer, we now use the EZE AC9 air compressor for the M100
Looked in your book, yes 1.8kw. Confusing it with the Monomix.
The Monomix looks a Ritmo contender.
I wonder the same as it is the closest competition. People often compare the EZE 24 to a Ritmo which isn't a true comparison. To compare like for like it would be the M100 vs the Ritmo.
Hardwall is like laying fluff on. If you and a labourer cant do 10_15 bags of that by hand before breakfast you be better of staying home and do the housework.I myself mix 3/4 bags at a time takes no time, fill hopper, rule, fill hopper, rule, mix, rule all at a nice pace. You could say the same about thincoat and Ocr but that still gets sprayed.Hardwall is like laying fluff on. If you and a labourer cant do 10_15 bags of that by hand before breakfast you be better of staying home and do the housework.
Sounds like a ballache to meI myself mix 3/4 bags at a time takes no time, fill hopper, rule, fill hopper, rule, mix, rule all at a nice pace. Much less f**k*d than spreading by hand.

Rarely spray thin coat base coats, especially on a domestic, a gorilla tub of it goes a long way plus masking cills etc up, nah.
