What do you need a big deisel pump for, unless your smashing big meterage out, a small electric one will do you.

The small machines can only pump 25 m. Can they also pump liquid screed. That is my question

The three phase can pump upto 60m

Liquid Screed is for diesel machines only really, but you need a certain type. Minimum of 4-Cylinder
