manic time

anyone else having a mentally hectic time at the moment

work just keeps piling in
getting on average about 10 calls a week with people wanting work carried out

dont get me wrong cant complain that are busy but it dont half get stressful

I've gone from being manic to so slow it's sh-t, just finished a new build that's had me there for a few months and I was turning work down as they wouldn't wait and now I've finished it's gone a quiet, that's the problem with this trade when it's busy it's stressful and shi.t and when it's slow it's shi.t and stressful

gone a bit quiet not bothered though it gives me a bit of time t do me books clean me van out catch up with me pals who are also quiet happy days

Builders want 12 houses a week doing...then stop. Then they want 20 houses a week doing then stop......we should go back to building castles and maybe invade france again.

Quiet myself. Even working for new builders and damp company, feel like I'm starting out again.

Gone a bit quiet for me for the next few weeks, got the odd ceiling to do and a few small walls but nothing substantial, it's gonna give me time to finish a property I've bought and doin up so can't moan really, but as you all know it only takes one phone call and it could all change
