Matching to this

Alright lads,

Just done a quote and have to try and match a new wall to this (see pic) I haven't done a texture like this before. Any ideas how to achieve it cheers

Haha I was going to say it looks like an artex.

Serious? So apply top coat then like fat arm said mix a slurry and roller it on? Maybe a silly question but what type of roller?
