Be interesting to see what s**t nath80 replies ?

He's perfectly entitled to his opinion or political view, and I've never criticised it. I agree with some of the principles, but the figures for Labour's manifesto were just dreamland. At least with the Conservatives they tell you you're about to get rogered so everyone knows what to expect.

That said, every government we've ever had has shafted someone or other.

You really do talk utter sh1te. I can't make up my mind if you're genuinely as thick as mince or just an argumentative tosser.

Either way, just for you flower.

The additional borrowing for 2020 is currently estimated at £200 billion, with the economic forecast from everyone (IFS, IMF etc) predicting a bounce early 2021 to a +5% or greater growth. To make it easy lets presume that doesn't happen and say that the £200 billion sits on the books, but ends up being doubled. So we'll work with a figure of £400 billion.

Labour's own costing for their nonsense was £800 billion, with an additional uncosted element that all the major financial bodies put at an additional £500 billion. So on Labours costing it's double, on all the financial advisory groups costings it's treble.

So there are the numbers, and if you want to verify them yourself take a look through the information on the websites of Labour, the IFS and the IMF to name but three. You could also have a look at any number of fact checking organisations.

As you've called for figures you're too lazy/blinkered to look up for yourself instead of the opinions you've posted up to now you need to post some facts and figures quoting sources for them in your replies.
Your figures are farcical. The tories themselves said all labours pledges in their manifesto would cost 1.2 trillion over 5 years. That's 240 billion a year. The 1.2 trillion was a lie anyway, and was mocked on every news program in the country

Naughty naughty. Facts and sources remember?

So as I said in my post (which you clearly didn't read fully) even if you work ON LABOUR'S OWN COSTING it's £800 billion which is double the doubled figure for the additional borrowing to combat the effects of Covid 19 in the UK.

You're not very good at this 'backing up your bullsh1t' game are you?

You don't remember the Tories claiming it would cost 1.2 trillion over 5 years? They literally repeated it in every interview they gave during the lead up to the election.
I think you've really confused yourself here

Can you not fcuking read you half wit? £800 billion is Labour's figure. Not the Tories, not Aunt Sally's, not the News Broadcasters.

Aye exactly. The. There’s the nervous, anxious types. The workers who are flapping so much they can’t deal with the reality of having f**k all money. So work if you can! f**k what anybody else thinks.

OK, and your point is? You do realise that a trillion is more than a Billion?

You really are a moron aren't you?

Yes you realise 1.2 trillion divided by 5 is as I stated earlier 240 billion?

You really don't get it do you? OK, I apologise for calling you a moron. That was unfair, I thought you were being obtuse I didn't realise you genuinely didn't understand.

One years additional borrowing of £200 billion, with an additional £200 billion of borrowing in a second year. Then years three and four with no additional borrowing. Or, £240 billion additional borrowing each year for five straight years. Which is the greater amount borrowed?

when all u guys going to stop adding to the problem or are u just going to keep the finger on the self destruct button stick your stuff up your ass

Care to elaborate on this comment?

If it’s regarding being open, I would advise checking the governments guidelines which states companies like ours should remain open yet practice social distancing and ensure everyone’s safety visiting us or working for us.

Alongside this, worth noting we also closed for over a week, but due to the high volumes of orders and contact from customers, we made the decision to open on a reduced capacity.

We also have extremely strict measures and restrictions in place.

You can't be dumb enough to think that the only cost of the virus will be that? 35% fall in GDP.

So now you want to argue something else entirely? Well please don't take offence, but I'll take the figures from the BoE, IMF, IFS and ONS over your's.

Night night. (y)
Jesus you're dense. You claim labours plans will cost more than the cost of a pandemic that will cripple the economy make up some figures of 800 billion and then leave lol. Night night fella

With labour spend plan pre pandemic what would their spend plan be post pandemic?

Corbyn's spending plans that he/they thought were a great idea before the election would have cost double what's being spent to mitigate the effects of the pandemic. None of his plans would have had any effect on the outcome so far. Which means he'd have either had to cancel most of them, or we'd be spending treble the current bill.

Whatever you think about Labour politically, their fiscal policies are utter madness. Still, it's not likely we'll find out how much of a balls up it'd be for a decade or so. Which is the worst part about Labour's current sh1t show, they're robbing us of an effective opposition. No matter who you favour that can only be a bad thing.
Your words to mitigate the effects of the pandemic. How on earth is a 35% drop in GDP not an effect of the pandemic and is instead me changing the subject?
Sweet dreams
