£2.80 m2 boarding? That's ok..£2.50m2 boarding if you cant do over £400 a day between 2 men it means ur not very quick

We got £2.20 recently on a huge Job 15mm soundblock but there was oceans and decent areas

Where are you boys getting £2.80+ because i keep seeing people say it but i've not heard of any firms paying it myself. Not a dig just an honest question.

Max i've had locally (west mids) is £2.60 and that was a short run of plots. Are these prices on short runs as well?

We are getting £3m2 but its our own job so its cheap really but 90% of boarding is plain 12.5mm with 10% being 12.5mm soundblock..oceans of boarding tho as all party wall are double boarded with all ceilings double boarded aswell so £3m2 is a decent price as there's loads..last mansion we did we was charging builder £3.50m2 boarding and was over 2000m2 house was a lovely job

Tbf its not all straight forward ceilings are a nitemare loads of triangle cuts and splay cuts as building Is massively on the piss u wudnt believe and loads of wires to bring thru ceilings aswell so its not all a bed of roses but we will do well on the walls
