Used to eat bland food 5 x a day when smashed gym. Starting to feel the bug coming back.

I cut out sugar and gone low carb the last week n energy levels have shot up and got body into ketosis again to burn fat as body fuel. I do it often if piled a few pounds on, the foods great with lo carbs. Not having sugar wreaking havoc with insulin levels all the time is great too.

I’ve ate a crunchy and a toffee crisp, absolutely disgusted with myself. Chocolate lying all over this house with the wife and weans, honestly don’t have the will power when it’s just sitting there. I wouldn’t go out and buy it but when there’s a bag of it sitting at the end of the sofa your watching tv on and your hungers because your cutting down it’s hard.

So you'd skim 5 artex ceilings in a day whilst the property is being lived in?
Haha exactly. The flat was empty on quoting but not when I turned up so I’ve adjusted the quote.
Day 1. Scrape all ceilings back. Pva. Tidy up. Bring all gear up 6 flights of stairs 2 bags bonding 6 skim + tools.
Day 2. Skim half ceilings
Day 3 : skim rest

Haha, to be honest.. I would have took 5 days if it was up 6 flights of stairs!!
However if matey can do 5 ceilings in a day, that's £1000+ for a days work, and people say there's no money in plastering
