Monocouche rendering - has a poor job been done?

Hi,

I’d just like some advice on this eco rend monocouche job on a Victorian property I have been to look at. To me it looks like very poor workmanship. The render has only been on for just over two years. What are people’s opinions?

That said - looks like it been clumped and hit since completion

I don't think mono is recommended on that slope (main image), an incline like that, no manufacturer would guarantee it.

I’m more puzzled as to why you’ve been called out to look at it. If you don’t know if it’s a good job or not.

Was a prospective house purchase. I’m not a renderer.
