Yes your right
I've got a machine that lets you put the bags in and then pumps it on the wall
You have a machine that you have you employ a goon to mix it then load it in
And mines only a grand more

Just saying like:whistle:

I've forgotten what the instructor said we should use to bed the mesh into for the first coat. is it rend-aid? weber pral for the main coat. Is it beads first, then lay a tight coat with the mesh and then the weber pral.
Its all new to us, so apologies for sounding a bit dense!

Bed it in with the mono mate ,back about 6/8 mm from the face work

When you get a physical problem caused by work like me having Tyno in the wrists in the 90's (6 years off) then tennis elbow at 55 (2 years off) you have to mechanise to survive your career. But why wait? Mechanise now, avoid the pain and reach state pension age.

The goon you refer to would also just put bags in your machine wouldn't he?

Each machine has its place on the market. Even ones that don't mix, even ones that only pump 15m even ones that pump 40m

It's all down to what you do and what serves your purpose

Exactly - a machine that suits your needs. This is why we have every type of option available. Conveying Machine - 110v. Mixing Pumps - 110v and 3 Phase and also Diesel

Hello, new member on here.
Been plastering and rendering for 25+ years and recently went on a course to learn the basics of monocouche.
Found it quite simple and easier on the wrists but at the end, the instructor basically said that there is really no point in doing this type of rendering without a pump.
Don't want to splash out thousands of pounds on a pump after a quick course on monocouche, but i'm interested in giving customers an alternative to sand & cement rendering.
Is there anyone out there who doesn't use a pump? and what would they recommend for knocking up?
Bath? Whisk? Dustbin? Gorilla tub? or is it just a pump job?
I'd appreciate any ideas.
Thanks
Spredadair!

Welcome to the forum. We also have the option to hire machines if this suits. Please let me know if you require any details

I'm not kissin arse because I just don't but I don't think it's any different from us being on here chatting about work on a Saturday night.

Far from it mate. Love what I and to be fair it's only a 3 second thing replying to someone.

I mean we all have a life, but we all seem to still be sat on our phones or Laptops writing posts on the forum
