Anything expensive and I'd want to go and see it first. Sod the cost of travelling as Stuart says, there's been several con jobs recently.
After-all if it's on a buy it now you can do just that (and barter a bit unless you pay by paypal then you have a bit of a guarantee should it go tits up), also if it's an auction they might just sell it if you offer.. Never buy blind with anything like this..
 
Thanks guys ... Was prepared to go see it first ....was just wondering if the guys who have one could advise anything obvious that I could /should look out for or if anyone knows the guy selling or the machine ... Think the guys name is Shaun (shaun0784) from Staffordshire

Ask to see the machine in person and working. We can help you training on the machine. Try and ask where it has been serviced and get as much knowledge on the machine as possible
 
Guy said he bought it from yourselves (plasterers one stop shop ) think he said two years ago now and was serviced when he bought it ..... Says he has receipts but no genny.... So I'd need to bring one to see it working .... Will try n get more details off him plasterers 1 stop ... Any advise appreciated

Was looking at getting machine and seen this ...... Not familiar with them so after looking at forum posts it seemed to be a good machine ?

Hi Mate,

If you can find out his name I will be able to do some more re-search for you. Definitely ask to see the machine working though.

We normally recommend a service once a year.
 
Hi plasterers one stop the guys name is Shaun Lees company name sjl from Stoke on Trent /Alton towers way .... Says he bought it off you guys 2year ago (think it was second hand )

Any info /advise would be great ;)))
 
Machine was bought in March 2013 - was used back then, honestly not sure if it has been serviced since then as I can't see any record of it.

He has only purchased 2 Rotors and Stators Since then so they have either performed far too well or he hasn't used the machine that much or has bought them from else where, but he just just recently bought one from us.

What price is it going for?

To be honest, if you see the machine work I would think everything would be ok.

What I would recommend is bringing the machine into us once you have it, we will give it the once over. advise you if anything needs doing then we can train you up on the machine.
 
Thanks plasterers one stop ... What do you think would be a fair price ? 2300 ? When I go collect and confirm it works I will be in touch to get you guys to give it the once over :)
