Mtec200 problem

Hi I am new to all the machine plastering been work with my mtec200. I have had the machine for about 4 months now no problems I have replaced the R+S now when I am about to start spraying the machine is just jamming up with just a few hands full of powder in it .

R+s too tight?

Are you priming it correctly?

Nice and pissy first up and then gradually work to get to your consistency?

What water setting and product?

Lube it with washing up liquid first

Could be a bridging issue on the r+s.
