Multi over bauwer light?

Lol. I have 6 different test panels did with it. All different finishes did on it. I have one more to do. I'll skim half of it just for you.

And what finishes where they then ? Just so no other member makes a mistake

Lol in the first post you said "I believe" then a few hours later you said it had, so for clarity I was just asking if you this was now confirmed because of the mixed messages that's all.

Ok mate. I actually said not to use Multi in my first post and have made that clear on other posts.

There are no mixed messages within my posts, where I have said 'I believe' was regarding the testing - I have been through emails to confirm this as I said.

So the advise I have given on whether to use it or not remains the exact same. You may wish to take the advice or you can try it yourself

Give the bauwer light a good soak b4 u put on the bauwer finish and use mesh. Sponge it and then sponge it again A while later u will get a finer finish.

Once the first coat is on and mesh bedded in did you mix another batch up or use same mix?
I'm sure I read somewhere use the same mix??

Didn't you suggest you had done 5 test panels and all failed ? With one left to try

Just the skim did. Put some skim on the bauwer light at a job I was doing :aburrido:
Multi over bauwer light?

How meny fingers do you want me to hold up to prove to you that this is real lol

Just out of interest in the video what background werenyou going over?

Did it take a while to pull in before being able to sponge it?

Cheers for the tips on this by the way!

That job was over old brick and stone. The bauwer light was on a week b4 I put the bauwer finish on. I wet the walls b4 I put on the bauwer finish. Didn't take that long to pull in to finish it about 45 min I think. But will depend on time of year

Exact the same as me then. Hopefully a nice easy day then!!
but don't want to jinx it haha

I can't see a skim finish on there ? Did you put on any pva or similar on ?
Pva the skim is on the floor lol. Wasn't there I did the skim sample. If u want to skim it just put on the bauwer finish and skim over that

When I used it, light had been on 2-3 days. Two coats of bauwer finish from same mix (with mesh) Started off wetting light but ended up putting it onto dry devilled light and was still finishing it the following morning.
