Ok lads b plastering 20 years know having a bit of neck pain .Has anybody experienced this?. I think b doing ceilings does not help

Funny you posted that today. I going doctors tomorrow about me back at the lumbar part and to see if I can get fluid drained out my right knee cap...had the left knee done last year.

Get an eze spat and pole mate massive help on ceilings etc takes alot of wear and tear out of the shoulders and arms etc (y)

I've been having problems with my knee on and off for a few years and now my back and shoulder with shooting pains down my legs ,i've had blood tests over the last couple of months and they said i've low vitamin D level which can cause all sorts of aches and pains so they've put on a coarse of vitamin D supplements
 
As Arti says the height you work off will help or hinder a lot. Do you use stilts or work off hop ups or the like ? I have always tried to stick to the old hand span distance from the ceiling trick and only ever really have a sore neck if i don't, other than that god luck with the quacks
 
My left trap usually bends up burning after doing s&c for to long or if I haven't been skimming in awhile, sometimes it flares up.

I'm usually like that after a good skin full of drink and the misses trying to massage my prostate with her new tool :( all jokes aside thou, I have to roll out of bed when I'm building them stone walls. Back is fcuked doing them

I have this. Used to be just right foot i couldn't do standing up but its both these day. Stiff back and big gut. Chiropractor always used to sort it but not been in years

It was only the other day and my mrs said I've got a saw neck can you give me anything for it so I got her some rope[emoji106]
 
I went to the doctor
Getting a lot of pain in me left knee
Doctor said it was old age
There's no pain in me right knee and that's the same age
Doctors no nowt
 
Overstretching causes a lot of problems.Years of plastering takes it toll on your body,anyone that says it does'nt is talking pure shtie.
