Neck Support To Aid Manual Workers When Working Overhead

I get lots and lots of emails every single week with product ideas or requests for this, that or the other, but I recently got an email from a Sarah at STrathclyde University, and she was researching to create a wearable neck support for manual workers who will support the neck continuously in various positions and for it to prevent injury when working overhead without interfering with the work performance.

This sounds like a good idea I'm 23 but work with a few older blokes who are always having pains in theirs shoulders, knees and necks etc. that's the only thing I'm not looking forward to in 20 years. I would invest In ways to prevent this from happening.
