Need help on Training

Hi Guys , can any point me in the right direction , I am interested in getting into machine plastering and I have very little experience and there is no training courses .Is there any online material /courses that will help me .Your advise is appreciated Thanks

i know a few blokes who went to germany and learnt machine plastering before they could plaster when it dried up and they came back they seemed a bit out their depth
