I'd give him a price to plaster it then sub it out to you for half what I quoted

If you got the room dry line it put loads of adhesive so get a good fixing then put new casing in if your clever you can dab it to just under casing size so nice fit

Works however @ rebate needs to be main wall side ( or skirting can be proud of rebate )
