Did you not think of putting holes in?
The idea has got to this stage by listening to spreads who have tried it and improving it.
You sound bitter mate.
Lack of holes wasn't the problem, not holding the beads firm enough was. I can only recall using tape a couple of times to get over a problem, once I tried Grip Fill for the first time I'd never have given tape fixing another thought.
What do you think I've got to be bitter about?

Why, it’s all the multiple millions of pounds tapits gonna earn of his miracle cure to apply beads of course mate.

The reviews on the Elite trowel have actually been amazing and in the 4 months we have had them, they have outsold the previous Premium trowel.

We took feedback from the likes of @essexandy and @Olican and others here and increased the shank length on the 18" which has had a very positive outcome.

It is definitely worth trying the Elite Black Edition, it has had great feedback, sadly though, on here recently there seems to be lots of negativity in general.
Yup still a fan of mine since you extended the tang, works perfectly alongside the mediflex.
My only criticism if any is that it would be nice if they came slightly rounded on the toe like the Medi does .
Very decent trowel in my opinion (y)

I use OX flexi trowel just for polishing, stainless steel Marshalltown for laying on and troweling, wouldn't recommend laying on with a flexi trowel.

Is that 2 Mediflexes in the middle? (with the heel seemingly 'repaired' on the RH one, after a drop)

How do you get on with that midget trowel Oli? Could do with buying one with more flex.

good to know. Had a couple of midget trowels, but when I actually need to use one, they’re pretty much f**k**g useless as they’re too stiff.

A midget trowel is summat you only use now an again so its flexi just nice for them awkward bits instead of waiting to break a little stiff one in which could takes months an months cos they never get a proper outing

Thats exactly it mate. Got a Ragni, but may as well use a bit of wood or whatever is lying around.

Half the price.

Thanks Pauly, but already got the Ragni. Just too stiff and when in a tight spot, dread having to use it. Doesn't feel like I can do anything with it. Perhaps just me?

The tighter the spot the lighter the touch. :sisi:

ok grasshopper.

This is Crispy chancer. I aint got time to wear in a SS midget trowel. I have learnt by trial and error to leave awkward bits longer before trying to smooth them.
